The CPA firm provides consulting support to attorneys to quantify and opine on complex commercial damag! es in litigation matters, such as:
• Fraud & white collar crime
• Insurance Claims Analysis
• Financial and Operational Analysis
• Commercial Damage assessment
• Providing Expert Witness Testimony
Responsibilities
• Conduct and prepare a wide range of valuation analyses
• Maintain quality control of all work through detailed workpaper review.
• Review all work papers
• Preparation of all reports, statements and letters for final
• Direct the work of the Senior Associates and Associates assigned to the project.
• Business Development
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree
• Professional credentials – e.g. CPA, CFF, ABV, ASA, CVA, AVA, PhD and/or CFE
• 6-8 years experience in a professional services firm conducting forensic and financial analyses,
• Experience in forensic matrimonial accounting and related b! usiness valuations
• Proven track record of Business! Development
