Our client has an immediate opening for an AudioVideo Specialist who will coordinate and assist all offices audiovideo equipment with AV Bridging Companies Manage audiovi! deo meetings provide technical support for all locations set up PowerPoint Presentations and WebEx’s Assist attorneys staff and clients with planning and setup of audiovideo calls Backup to the Telecommunications Department for adds moves and changes This is a 6 month contract to perm position Responsibilities Knowledgeable in Nortel PBX AVST CallXpress voicemail system Polycom Video Units Ensure all conference room equipment and systems including remote offices are in proper working condition Provide technical support and problem resolution to all offices Bimonthly testing of all audiovideo components of conference rooms including remote offices Maintain video equipment for all offices hardware upgrades and software updates Setup all audiovideo calls between offices Ability to record and video tape meetings when necessary Coordinate video calls between attorneys and clients Ability to interact with vendors to determine technical problems and solutions Ensure all presenta! tions are loaded and working properly in advance of each meeti! ng Evaluate inhouse bridge vs bridging companies Experience Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Telecommunications IP Video teleconference systems equipment and video applications Experience with presentations such as PowerPoint WebEx Go To Meeting and other webbased applications Excellent verbal and written communication skills Telecommunications, IP Video, Teleconference, PowerPoint, WebEx, Go To Meeting
